This form helps us gather all the necessary details about your project, including your contact information, the type of services you’re interested in (custom work, wedding wares, wholesale orders, or other), your preferred delivery date, budget, and any additional messages or specifications.

Step 2: Receive a Quote

Once we receive your custom order form, our team will review the details and provide you with a quote. This process typically takes about 3 business days. We will send the quote to the email address you provided, detailing our rates, the direct timeline for your project, and the estimated shipping costs. Our custom order lead time is approximately 8 weeks, but this can vary depending on the specifics of your project and our studio commitments.

Step 3: Approve the Quote and Receive an Invoice

After you review the quote and agree to the timeline and cost, we will send you an invoice. This invoice will outline the agreed-upon details, including the final cost and payment instructions. Once the invoice is settled, we will begin working on your custom stoneware pieces.

Step 4: Production Begins

The window to create your custom pieces begins upon completion of the invoice. If we've agreed upon a fast turnaround time, please be prompt with invoice fulfillment to ensure we can start your project as soon as possible.

Step 5: Delivery and Shipping

Once your custom pieces are complete, we offer free delivery within the Denver area. For customers outside Denver, we will arrange shipping and include the estimated costs in your initial quote. We take great care in packaging and shipping your items to ensure they arrive safely.

Lead Time and Commitment

Please note that our lead times are roughly 8-12 weeks, but this is subject to change based on the complexity of your project and our current studio commitments. We strive to be as accurate as possible with our timelines and will keep you updated throughout the process.
